You can include Sibusiso as a beneficiary in your will that you have drawn up by a notary. There are three ways to do this:

• You benefit Sibusiso with a ‘legacy’
• You appoint Sibusiso as co-heir
• You appoint Sibusiso as sole heir of your estate

An inheritance benefits Stichting Sibusiso entirely. Due to our ANBI status (Public Benefit Organization), Sibusiso does not have to pay inheritance tax or gift tax. A notary can inform and advise you about recording a ‘bequest’.
