A number of Sibusiso children are both mentally and physically disabled. There are physio- and occupational therapists employed by Sibusiso.

Sibusiso have sponsored students who are being educated in occupational therapy in Moshi. Currently they work at Sibusiso. In spite of years of negligence with regard to physiotherapy, some children manage to learn to stand; a greater number of children need some kind of support. The physiotherapists and ergo therapists consider which aids fit the child best and special chairs or supports are made in our workshop.
